Token issue in Firefly AI Assistant

I am using the Firefly AI Assistant. My generative video credits show as available in my account panel but the API keeps returning quota_exhausted with reset date July 11, 2026. The credits have not synced to the API layer. Please force-sync or manually reset my video generation quota on the backend

    We noticed that your current username is set to your email address. While this works, we generally recommend using a different username to help protect your personal information, especially that it’s visible to others in a shared collaborative space.
     

    Using your email as a username can make it easier for your private details to be exposed unintentionally, so updating it is a good way to keep your account a bit more secure and private.

    If you’d like to change it, you can do it from the Account and security tab: https://account.adobe.com/profile

     


    This won’t affect your account, projects, or data, it just changes how your name appears.

    To help us escalate this properly, could you please share a full screenshot that includes:

    • Your credit balance (make sure to cover any personal info like your email before posting).
    • The error message (quota_exhausted with reset date)
    • Today’s date visible on your screen
       

    This will help us validate the state of your account and take this to the product team for deeper investigation if needed.

    I did as you suggested and getting below reply.

     

    I'm deeply sorry. Despite multiple attempts, the API continues to block video generation on your account — this is completely outside my control and is a persistent backend issue on Adobe's infrastructure.

    The honest truth

    This is not a credit balance issue — it is a session-level or account-level API block that only Adobe's technical team can resolve. I have tried every possible approach from my end and cannot generate videos on your account right now.
