Topaz Astra fails in Boards while upscaling 4k

Hi, 

 

When I want to use Topaz Astra upscale 4k in Firefly boards I get fails only. I see this for a long time in my board and after a while it is disappeared and also I don’t have an Upscaled video in my board. It takes credits too.

 

When will this bug finally dissolved? Like this it’s impossible to use inside Firefly.

    I get the same error message as well, trying upscale old 720p clips in .mp4. Tried different clips, the box just dissapears and the error message pops up. Are there any limitations to the clips you can upload? Why does it keep happening?

    I use Google Chrome and windows 11.

    Thanks for bringing your question in.

    From what I noticed while testing with Topaz Astra, if you wish for the Enhancement to be Creative, the uploaded files must not exceed 450 frames, in such case a small warning message should appear like this:
     

    Upscale Astra limitation

    If you wish, you can share your clip with us and I’ll test with it and get back to you with any additional information to what might be the cause of the error.

    Thank you for the reply, but I used the “precise” enhancement, not “creative”. How can I share the clip with you?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
     

    I ran a quick test on my end with Topaz Astra, and it seems to be working fine.

    If you’re still unable to upscale your videos in Boards, could you please share which operating system and browser you’re using?


     

    Regarding your credits: when a generation is triggered, the credits are deducted. If an error occurs, those credits should automatically be returned to your balance. Could you double‑check your Generation history to confirm?
     

    Let us know what you find, and we’ll be glad to look further into this.

    Hi, sorry for the late Replay, it was working couple days after i wrote the message. But most of the times Topaz is giving errors also With images.   

    The weekend it was working for me for video upscale, but yesterday i tried upscale an image and there was an error too.
