Traits from the style reference's subject are transferred to the outcome

I am trying to make a stylised portrait using another stylised portrait as reference. However, even at the lowest values of style strenght, the traits of the reference's subject are transferred to the outcome image.

For example , when prompted:

"A young female biologist, in her early 20, looking serious and determined. Lab equipment can be seen in the background"

With the following reference:

The outcomes are as follows:

STRENGHT 0

STRENGHT 1

STRENGHT 2

The women depicted, even at strenght 0, are obvious variations of the woman in the reference - and they do not really look in their early 20s. Also, the AI decided that glasses were part of the style more often than not.

While this is a great feature in itself, I think it is not working as intended.
