@cruzs33711434 According to Adobe support, due to state laws regarding AI and video Texas and Illinois locations are blocked by geofencing. VPN does not bypass either.

Where can I find this info about Translate being blocked in certain US States?

I bought the basic $9.99 firefly plan and I used the feature once but was not able to download the video. I now get this message on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and I cleared my cache and cookies,

"Can’t access

Sorry, this feature isn't available."

How do I get this fixed?

Hi Kevin, I am in Illinois; however, I have Creative Cloud Pro Plus All Apps (Creative Cloud for enterprise All Apps – Edition 4 w/Premium Stock)

Hi @E.Lo where specifically in the US? Translate is blocked in Illinois and Texas and requires All Apps Pro Edition 4 to work.

Hi E.Lo!

Sorry to see that. Could you check with your admin if this feature is available in your plans?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Hi @E.Lo two questions - 1. Where are you located? and 2. What plan are you subscribed to?
