Translating audio in a video file and the during the translation the file is hung up (shows it is processing still). Going on 16 hrs and still cannot access file (still shows it is processing).

Downloaded the file into Firefly. It generated a transcript in English. I picked Spanish (Latin) & Portuguese (Brazil) and clicked on generate audio translation. It showed 90% complete, but hasn’t finished generating the translation in Spanish & Portuguese over 16 hours later. I translated a different file this morning and it worked but still cannot access the other file. It continues to show it is in process.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and the issue. I find using shorter files to help as well.

Creative Cloud app

I have noticed something similar. As a result, I have had to in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

How to reliably download your files
