Trouble Generating Text To Image Feature on Adobe Firefly

I am trying to generate artwork using "Text-to-Image" but there is some problem with Adobe Firefly as it is not generating the image. The page keeps loading and yet no results.

Can you please show us a screen shot of what is happening? That can help us narrow in on the problem.  Please make sure you are using a supported operating system and browser: Adobe Firefly technical requirements.

In situations like this, I turn off my computer, refresh my cache, sometimes log out and start over.
