Trying to Create a Text To Avatar and the Generate Process Keeps Failing

I have a text to avatar that I'm trying to create and the Generate process keeps failing. I've tried twice now. And if that wasn't enough, in the process Adobe has forced me to use up all my A.I. credits and now I have ZERO. So I can't even do anything else until I hear back from Adobe.

I created another text to avatar about a month ago and it went fine. Not sure why I can't do it now.

PLEASE ADVISE.

How can we do a screen recording of the issue...IF WE ARE OUT OF GENERATION CREDITS. I've tried this four times and have ZERO credits left.

For my situation, just picture the process going along as it should...and then at 28%, the progress bar vanishes and the little red bar shows up at the bottom of the screen (of which I did share a screenshot). As someone else said, don't you have this info?

The issue is not realted to browser/platform. I'm on Macbook Pro M3, using Arc browser v1.121. It happened on my Mac Studio with the same browser. It's your system. Please return my credits.

Asking people for screenshots is basically doing your work. YOU should access my failed sessions ann debug. While returning the credits.

Best regards!

Hi @Dobromir28134477zlqc,

I am sorry about the issue. Could you share a screen recording of the issue? We can share it with the product team to investigate further.
Thanks, I appreciate your patience.

Anything? I just tried to upload the same avatar composition for the fourth time, this time in the Microsoft Edge browser and the same thing happened again: Process got to 28% and then crashed with that little red pop-up saying that something went wrong. And now I am completely out of generation credits until December 15th. Would really appreciate some guidance here.

I can now see my three failed files on the Firefly page:

I have tried this on two seperate PCs (both using Google Chrome) a total of three times and am getting the same result.

- The first time I did it I wasn't expecting any issues so I left the room. I came back to check on it expecting it to still be generating but there was no progress bar and no indication anything had went wrong. And there was no new file to download.

- The second time I did it, I watched it the whole time to see what was happening. The process got to around 20-30% and the red pop-up window appeared at the bottom of the screen saying something went wrong. But the pop up only stays on the screen for maybe 10 seconds and then vanishes. After that is when I posted this thread.

- The third attempt was just now on a seperate PC. The generation process again gets to around 30% and then this pop up window appears. But after like 10 seconds that little red pop-up disappears and there's no other indication that anything went wrong.

And the whole time these failed attempts are eating up all my monthly generation credits so I can only make like two attempts before I am completely out of credits. It just rest today so I decied to try it on my personal PC but it failed as well. I'm not sure if I have enough credits at this point to complete another attempt.

Below is the pop-up. I was ready with my phone camera to get a shot of it before it vanished again:

Hi Craig35166648f01d!

Sorry to hear that. Have you already tried another browser? Could you share a screenshot of the issue? We'll share it with the team to review.

Let us know.

Thanks,
