Trying to upload a video longer than 20minuts and system won't let me. Am I doing something wrong?

I want to upload a video from my laptop and I get an error that it cannot upload for the length of the video. Am I doing something wrong?

    The video is simply too long. Consider breaking into bite sized pieces?
    What is the end goal/ purpose? what are you looking to do w the video?

    As Adobe Express might be a viable option. Of course there is premiere.
