Tuve un error con firefly me desconto 2 veces los creditos de un video que no me genero nunca y se quedo en un bucle infinito de generacion, fui a archivos y aparece pero no me deja ni descargarlo ni abrirlo ni verlo porque me tira un error

Intente 2 veces generar un video en firefly con el modelo kling 3.0, las dos veces quedo en un bucle infinito generando, en archivos aparece la generacion pero no me deja ni verla ni descargarla porque me tira un error, todas las demas generaciones si me deja, y los creditos me los desconto igual

Thanks for the screenshot. 

I can see this is still showing the Firefly web page, which is different from the Creative Cloud desktop app. The desktop app is a separate application you install on your computer (not a browser tab), and it's where you'll be able to access this download.

Here's how to get it:

  1. Download the Creative Cloud desktop app here:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-from-web.html (if you don't already have it installed)
  2. Open the app and sign in with the same Adobe account you use for Firefly
  3. From there, you should be able to access and download your output


I have also been able to download the generation you shared the link to it, here's a direct link to it: https://f.io/mhkAIqdJ
 

Let me know once you've got the desktop app open and I'm happy to provide you with any other output you’ve been having a hard time to download, just attach the public link to it, and I’ll take it from there.

ahora tampoco me deja descargar este que me costo 200 creditos, ni verlo ni nada, quiero una retribucion de mis creditos ya que yo gaste dinero en la suscripcion

intente generar otro video y estoy asi hace 30 minutos, tal como me paso la otra vez, los creditos ya me los desconto y la generacion no la tengo nunca, y si cierro aparece en archivos pero con el documento corrupto y sin dejarme descargarlo ni acceder a el para verlo

Pero te estoy comentando que no puedo descargarlo de ninguna forma y ademas ya no me sirven ya que los necesitaba para hace 2 semanas, quisiera la devolucion de los creditos.

Es lo que hice, pero no me deja descargarlo, todos los demas archivos si, es como si estuviera corrupto el archivo que genero, lo necesitaba para la semana pasada, la verdad ahora ya no me sirve la generacion, si se puede tener la devolucion de los puntos de generacion estaria mejor

Due to ongoing backend processing and system load, this behavior can occasionally happen. 

If you want to download your AI generated outputs, please go to your Creative Cloud desktop app or to: https://www.adobe.com/home, and select Generation history under Files. This space saves all of your generated media (images, audio, and videos) and it allows you to access, download or delete them.


Let us know if that helped you locate and download your video.
