Typical Adobe Firefly support, people complain, and they do nothing. Tried it all and still not seeing things, but as long as they have my money they really don't care.

Typical Adobe Firefly support, people complain, and they do nothing. Tried it all clear cache, different browser, signed out and back in, used different model etc etc etc  and still not seeing my full history. Clearly they could care less as long as they have our money.

Endless posts about this problem going back at least 8 months, and I have yet to see a resolution.
