Unable to Access Firefly Video Generation – Creative Cloud Pro for Teams

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly Video Generation on my Creative Cloud Pro for Teams subscription.

My account has Creative Cloud Pro assigned, and I have 4,000 premium generative AI credits available. I am also the administrator for our Adobe Teams organization.

Previously, I was able to generate videos successfully using the same subscription. However, I am now unable to generate any videos. After entering a prompt and clicking Generate, I immediately receive the following error message:

"You don't have access to this feature."

Additional details:

  • Subscription: Creative Cloud Pro for Teams
  • Organization Location: India
  • Text to Image: Working correctly
  • Video Generation: Fails immediately after clicking Generate for every prompt
  • Premium Credits: Available
  • Issue: Started recently; the feature worked previously with the same plan

Could you please verify whether my account and organization have the correct Firefly Video entitlement and confirm if there are any licensing or backend issues preventing access? If necessary, please re-provision the Firefly Video entitlement for my account.

Please let me know if you require my Adobe ID, organization ID, or any additional information.

Hi ​@droopydog500 ,

It's Creative Cloud Pro for Teams, and I am the admin. I can access and work on all the apps except this video creation. Please check the additional info in my initial post.

I have had this problem before. Log out of your creative cloud app and then log back in.
If the issue persists, please tag me.

@Oh.N8, tried logging out of the Creative Cloud app, then logged back in. The problem is still there.
