unable to create video in Firefly. It's taking my credits but not generating any video for me.

I am trying to create 8 second video clip in Firefly and it is not generating the video.  It says that it is generating video but after 20 minutes, the video has still not generated.  It is using up my credits but not giving a result.  I am trying Seedance 2 and Veo3 and neither are working.

i’m left without my credits and not video.  Please help.
