unable to download

I'm just getting started experimenting with Firefly. I experimented with one of the Home page images for text, refreshed for results, then submitted for consideration for the Gallery, but am unable to download my result.  Somehow I'm not sure I'm in the correct page for creating.

    This is a bug that should have been fixed yesterday. Please perform a hard refresh on your browser Ctrl(Cmd) + Shift + R. If this doesn't work, try accessing the site with an incognito browser.
