Unable to download

I created an image in Firefly and downloaded it and then altered the prompt to create a second image and I am unable to download the second image.  I have more than 900 credits availalble, so I'm not sure why I can't download it?

It is possible there is an extension interfering. You can try Chrome in incognito mode and if it works in that mode, very likely an extension is interfering. Then you have to go through the trouble of disabling them one by one to see which one it is.

I was using Chrome.  I switched to another browser, Edge, as you suggested and it worked fine.  Might just be a browser glitch.  Thank you for the suggestion.

Hmmm, ok. What browser are you using and what is your operating system (and version)? Can you try another brower as a test and see if it works there?

Nohting happens, so there is nothing to record.  I have the option of a "download" button, but when I click on it to use it nothing actively happens.

Hello @mrsworm,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

What is happening when you try to download it? Can you create a screen recording?

Thanks,
