Unable to download from Firefly

The images are unavailable to download from the history (Firefly/Files). There are entries about them with names, but I can't see images or download them.

Can you please show us a screen shot of the full browser window where this is happening? What OS and browser are you using? Can you please try another browser as a test and see if it works in that browser?
