Unable to download generated video with Firefly

Hello,

I am writing to report a bug with the Firefly interface.

 

After generating a video, I am unable to download the content. Neither the button in the overlay on the video nor the black button in the right corner works (please refer to the attached screenshot).

 

 

 

I am using an Enterprise plan, and my account shows 3500/4000 credits available.

I have tested this on Safari, Version 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8), and Arc, Version 1.106.0 (66192) with Chromium Engine Version 138.0.7204.185. The problem occurs on both browsers.

I’m experiencing an issue where generated videos cannot be downloaded from the Firefly interface.

The videos appear to generate successfully, but the video history does not load properly, so I cannot access or download them from there. Images appear normally in the history, but videos remain stuck/loading and never become accessible.

The same issue happens in the video generation interface: the video is generated, but the download button never becomes active, making it impossible to download the file directly from Firefly.

As a workaround, I used an external Chrome plugin called Video DownloadHelper and was able to download the generated video, which suggests that the video file exists and the issue is related to the Firefly interface rather than the generation itself.

I tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Opened Firefly in Safari

  • Cleared the browser cache

  • Logged out and logged back in

The issue still persists.

System:
macOS 26.5.1
Browser tested: Chrome and Safari

If you go to the Generation History on the Files tab, can you download it from there?

If I understand correctly, I can generate a video (which is what I did), watch it, but I cannot download it?

 

To generate the video shown on the screen, it used 100 credits. So, the generation uses credits, but what should the company buy to download the generated content? It sounds tricky.

 

I can use Firefly for images without any trouble.

Thanks for sharing the details. Not all enterprise accounts have video generation credits. Please check with the local Admin for the plan.
