Unable to download images Adobe Firefly

Hi, I have access to Adobe Firefly but when I click the download button it doesn't work, no popup or new windows appears. How to solve? Thanks!

I have the same issue but reloading hasn't helped.

    I'm having the same issue, every now and then I have to reload the website.
