Unable to download in photoshop

Can you please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• Please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

Thank you for your message. 

What happens when you try to download it?  Is the download button missing? Is it there but when you press it, it does not work? Are you getting an error?

Please try as a test using another browser and see if it works in that browser.  If it does, please tell us the OS and browser you normally use and their version numbers.
