Unable to download my files from the job log in adobe firefly

appreciate you bringing this to us.
 

I was able to reproduce the same behavior described, after opening the Job Log in Creative Production, the page loads continuously instead of displaying the log details.
 

As a workaround, please open the Creative Cloud Desktop application (or https://www.adobe.com/home) and navigate to the Files section. The generated file should be available there, and you should be able to download it directly from that location without accessing the Job Log page.

Please let us know if you were unable to locate the file in the Creative Cloud Desktop app or if the issue persists after trying this workaround.
