Unable to extend the image to an empty area of picture by using Generative Fill

when i select empty for generate emtry areas it works like photo frame. not generating ( extending) my image.

What was the selection area? Was it the same size as that black box?

It started in a last week
Lines instead of an image in a generative fill area.

Several people have reported this problem. I have not seen a response from anyone at Adobe yet. Please thumbs down these images and provide feedback that they are distorted. Hopefully we will hear soon about this issue.

Hi!

When I erase to select, Firefly leaves a 1 pixel edge and tries then to adjust picture to it. For example when I try to extend something to the edge, it's quite impossible, because Firefly tries to account for that one leftover pixel. Here I had beige border to extend the grass on the picture, but could not because Firefly tries to adjust result to it. It did not have that bug before.
