Which plan do you have?

Can you please upload the specific reference image failing so we can test it? Also what operating system and browser are you using, along with their version numbers.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I can generate videos using
text-to-video (without a keyframe).

However, I need the ability to generate a video based on my image to
maintain a consistent design style. Before I subscribed—just yesterday—I
tried it once, and it worked. But today, I can no longer use this feature.
I hope you can help me resolve this issue.
