Unable to Generate Images – Firefly Freezing Issue

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly. When I attempt to generate an image, the application freezes, and I can no longer click the “Generate” button. The interface becomes unresponsive, and I am unable to proceed with any further actions.

I have tried refreshing the page and restarting my browser, but the problem persists.

Could you please look into this issue or advise on any steps I can take to resolve it?
