Unable to generate the video from text

I bought additional credits and from then I am unable to generate the video from text. Always it is stating error occoured and try again. What is the use if I couldn't use the credits I purchased at required time?

Trying on Mac Tahoe 26.2

Just entered the prompt and clicked generate. After few seconds it is saying "error occured and try again". I even lost 100s of credits for similar issue earlier. Please fix this.

Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?

If not, can you please tell us what model you were using and the resolution and length. Did you happen to take a screen shot of the error?
