unable to generate videos through Firefly

Hi there , as you can see I've uploeded a screenshot of the error message that I've got when trying to generate a simple video , I've tired with 2 account and different prompt and same error, could you please help as I have an urgent project.

Thank you for your message. 

 

I believe the problem is the word "hud". I am not sure if that is a typo or not, but if you change that word, it might fix the problem.
