Unable to get past a process request screen for more credits.

I need more credits on my account to complete a project. The admin has already approved the upgrade on their end, however, on my end I can’t get past a processing request screen. This pop-up has been present for nearly 24 hours at this point. Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I know issues like this can be really disruptive, and I appreciate you sharing the screenshot. Before we dig in, could you please blur or cover the email address shown there? Since it’s personal information, we can’t keep it visible in the community for privacy reasons.
     

    As for the pop‑up problem, since it’s been happening for nearly a full day, the best next step is to have your admin check the Adobe Admin Console and contact Adobe Customer Care directly from there. They’ll be able to look into the account‑level details and get this sorted.

    Let us know once the screenshot is updated and if there’s anything else we can help clarify.
