Unable to load images or frames for video generation. No longer working as it was.

Uploading images for Video production and your program is no longer loading them.  There is a glitch.  It was working up until yesterday mid-day, and now nothing is even loading let alone generated once uploaded.  The issue started with the image uploading and then the GENERATION button would work….but the video would not load.  Not it is not even uploaded images.  There is nothing wrong with the images, they are not out of compliance and are allowed.  I have been making a lot of videos lately with no issues.  Please look at this issue internally and fix asap.  The subscription becomes a waste of money if programs are not working as they should!
