Unable to use program at all. Every attempt I get a 'Something went wrong' message. Regardless of picture. Very frustrating.

If you're consistently receiving the "Something went wrong, please try again later" error when using the video generator, regardless of the image, prompt, or model selected, we'd like to gather a few details to help investigate.

Could you please share:

• A screenshot of the error message
• The browser and operating system you're using
• Whether the issue occurs in an incognito/private window or a different browser
• Whether you're using your own uploaded images, Firefly-generated images, or both

In the meantime, please try:

1. Signing out of Firefly and signing back in.
2. Clearing your browser cache and cookies.
3. Testing in a different supported browser.
4. Disabling any browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools).
5. Trying a simple test prompt with a newly uploaded image.

If possible, please also let us know whether the issue occurs only with Gemini 3.1 Nano Banana 2 or with other video generation models as well.
