Unable to work with Firefly in any browser (web version) Buttons don't recognize mouse clicks

After restarting the browser or refreshing the page, it's impossible to work properly in Firefly. Most buttons (like the "Add Reference" button) no longer respond to mouse clicks. I've attached a log file, which shows countless errors. This problem has been going on for about a week now. The Android app works fine.

    Hello ​@dpeter70,

     

    After analyse the log file, it seems that connexions are being blocked. Can you please try the following steps as a test:

    1. Try disabling any VPN, proxy, or DNS filtering service temporarily and test again.
    2. Disable all browser extensions (particularly ad blockers, privacy tools, or security extensions) and test in a clean browser profile.
    3. If you are on a corporate network, ask your IT team to whitelist the following domain: *.adobe.io, as several adobe.io subdomains appear to be blocked. (More detailed information is located in: Unable to reach Adobe servers).
    4. Test using a mobile data connection rather than your usual network to confirm whether the issue is network-related.
