Unauthorized Charges for Adobe Firefly – Refund Request

Hello.

This month my card was charged three times for Adobe Firefly Standard. I did NOT authorize these purchases. Why am I being charged three times for one month?

I urgently request a full refund for all unauthorized charges. Adobe charged my card without my permission.

I only purchase the additional 2000 generative credits once per month, so these charges are a mistake.

I attached the receipts.

Please refund the money and disable any auto-purchase or auto-renewal options. Thank you.

You will need to login to your Adobe Creative cloud and contact a representative to cancel and request a refund and to cancel your subscription.
