Hi @tommaso_4853,

Sorry this took so long.

Did all of the languages fail or only certain ones? I cannot tell what languages were in the failed one on the left in your image.

I was able to translate from Italian to English, French, and Spanish without any problems.

I can make those available to you, if you want.

Hi @droopydog500 ,

Unfortunately, the error message only appeared once after uploading and generating the video with multiple translations. Basically, I uploaded the original video in Italian, it uploaded without any problems, then it generated the transcript without any problems, and then I requested the generation of the new video with different languages (English, Spanish, and French). After processing the request for several minutes, that error message appeared in red. The message did not appear again after that, and I did not have time to take a screenshot. The generated video now does not work (it only shows that exclamation mark), cannot be selected, and there is no further explanation as to why it is not working. However, my credits have been deducted...

The 5-minute video shows me talking about my house. The idea is to do an Airbnb check-in via video in different languages. I can send it to you if you want.

Where was it telling you the image violates the guidelines?  I did not see that in the screenshot you posted.  What is the subject matter (in general) of the video?

Thanks,

sure! I am attaching a screenshot of what I see now: there is a video that cannot be loaded at the bottom left. I can't do anything about it: it can't be clicked on, it won't open... Unfortunately, the error message saying that the rules had been violated is no longer visible. I only saw it at the end of the video upload the first time.

Hello @tommaso_4853,

Thank you for your message.

Were you using the Firefly Translation service?  Could you please show us a screen shot of the full browser window with the error showing?

Thanks,
