Unexplained Generative Credit Deductions in Adobe Firefly

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope you're having a great day. I am reaching out regarding an issue with unexplained deductions of my generative credits in Adobe Firefly. Over the past few days, I have noticed that my credits are decreasing even when I haven't actively used any AI features.

Last night, I had 300 credits remaining. This morning, after refreshing the Firefly page, my balance dropped to 200 credits. I had three browser tabs open, and when I refreshed all of them, my credits decreased further to 160. This issue has been repeating every day, and I am concerned that my credits are being deducted incorrectly.

Moreover, I recently had 1000 credits, and now I have only 100 left. It is impossible for me to have used them up so quickly since I only use Photoshop and Adobe Firefly, and I have been using generative features very sparingly.

Could you please investigate this issue and clarify what might be causing these unauthorized deductions? I would appreciate any information or a solution to prevent further unnecessary credit loss.
