uploaded imaged is re-formatted and cropped before editing when it shouldn’t be.

uploaded image to edit. Image is vertical 9:16. The image is automatically changed to a horizontal format 5:4 and most of the image is cropped off. Despite multiple attempts to upload and change the formatting, the image stays cropped and can’t be used.

    Hi ​@peggihabets,

    Different models have different aspect ratios available. It is possible the model you used does not have the aspect ration of the original image. You also can override any “default” aspect ration by clicking on the aspect ration and selecting one of the options available:
