Uploading frames but firefly isn't using them

I've created a few videos where I upload the start and end frame, and it works just fine, however, today when I try to do it, it doesn't seem to be referencing the frames at all. Though I've uploaded a start and end frame, it's creating something completely different that doesn't look even remotely like them. I've tried a few different times, tried closing out of firefly and restarting, and tried different prompts and frames all to no avail. It was working this morning, but now it simply won't.

I have tried multiple prompts – this is the one I had used before with another image (similar image, slightly different composition) that had worked well: slow subtle motion of circles lightly floating on a shifting gradient background

Attaching the keyframe here. I used the same for start and end frame to create a seamless loop. This is artwork I created so none of the common problems apply. It also worked completely fine several minutes before with another image that was set up the same way. Screenshotted how I have been setting this up within firefly, but I had closed out of the browser window where I got the previous results I included in the original post.

Hey @Lisa271214394bck

Thank you for your message.

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

  • A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
  • The full prompt you were using.
  • A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

Common problems

  • Trademarked / Copyright
  • Political figures / Celebrities
  • Children (Adobe will not prompt anything with  regards to children)
  • Nudity

    Cheers
    Nate
