Uploading pics for generative fill does nothing

Adobe Firefly is garbage.

From the Image>Generative Fill area I upload a picture to edit and nothing happens. No error. Just nothing. I tried dragging it and I tried Upload File. I tried on Safari and I tried on Chrome.

It doesn't work.
