Upscale

I was easily upscaling my images till yesterday but suddenly it does upscale but the quality is low. The images were 20 mb but now it is just 2 mb or lower. Also they were saved as png but now it is jpeg. Please help me.

Thank you for your response. I use Chrome and nothing has changed since yesterday that I made images with high quality in png. But today I tred chrome and mozilla but it is still low quality images. I turned off fast mode, restarted my computer and even used my phone to make images. Nothing works.

That's weird! Could you share some screenshots of your screen that show the issue?

I'm sorry about that. Which browser are you using? I can upscale images, and they always save as JPG. Can you share some screenshots that displays the issue?
