upscale and image generation with reference image has not been working for 2 days

Since you've already tried using an Incognito window and signing in again, could you help us with a few additional details so we can investigate further?

• What is the exact error message you're seeing? A screenshot would be very helpful.
• Are you encountering this issue when using Generate Image, Upscale, or both?
• Does it happen with all reference images, or only specific ones?
• What browser and operating system are you using?
• If possible, could you share one of the reference images that's triggering the error?

In the meantime, please also try:

1. Testing with a different reference image.
2. Trying a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
3. Clearing your browser cache and cookies before signing in again.

I'm not working either, I tried so hard to generate images and after a lot of work, a lot of trying to get back to work, the fishing ground stopped mine too, video generator is not working, this is very frustrating
