upscale is not working right its turns it to a really grainey ai looking phooto instead of thee typical; upscale it does. also the expand feature is not working at all

Upscaling issues
Is it just with the upscaler? If you try another browser as a test, does it still fail?

• Original image you tried to upscale, provided in a zip file (to preserve the original details of the image)
• Settings you selected for the upscale
• Credits deducted for the operation
