Upscale says image is too small

I’m trying to create or upload a high-resolution image, but the system keeps displaying an error message stating that the image is too small and must be at least 512 pixels. However, the image I’m using has dimensions significantly larger than 512 pixels and should meet the minimum size requirements.

Despite this, the system continues to identify the image as too small, and I’m unable to proceed. Repeated attempts produce the same error message, even though the image resolution appears to be well above the required minimum.

It seems that the system may not be correctly detecting the image’s actual dimensions, or it may be evaluating a different measurement, such as the image’s width, height, aspect ratio, or the dimensions of an automatically generated preview or thumbnail rather than the original file.

Hi @Jovial_experiencea824,

Which function are you using to do the upscale (Boards, Image Edit, ...)? Would it be possible for you to put the image in a zip file and attach it to your response? (Pasting the image into the message causes it to be transformed by this community forum software.)

Thanks,
