Upscale with Topaz Labs Bloom does not work in Firefly

I'm using Firefly boards and I have my final image but want to upscale it. The button for Topaz upscale is there and when I click on it I get a transparent box and nothing more.

Hi @Mike329623083sg2,

 

It seems to work for some images and not others. I seem to have better luck with it when I convert PNG files to JPG. It does take a while to complete.
