My Image-to-Video generation remained stuck for hours and never completed, yet my credits were still deducted. This happened despite following the platform instructions and keeping the browser tab open.

As a premium subscriber, this is very disappointing. I paid for credits but did not receive any output. This situation feels unfair and needs immediate resolution.
