Used credits to generate a character of color which went fine but then out of the blue some random white man appears as my character

generations are coming back with white characters that I did not ask for. Also I am spending my credits trying to correct the mistakes of the images I have created. Not everyone in the world is white and I dont want to spend credit and time fixing this mess. I want my credits back
