Used up 95 credits. Progress got wiped. Need a refund.

The title says it all. I'm on mobile, and after the viewport refreshed by itself (I need to emphasize; the viewport, not the tab) all of my work got reverted. I need either my credits or money back ☹

We cannot help you here in the user forum with account credits. You would need to contact Adobe customer service: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

 

I can offer a tip for the future.  Because of the potential for a reset when you leave the mobile browser and return, I favourite the image before switching to another app/browser tab.  Then I can get back to where I was if it resets.  It bloats my favourites list, but I would rather have bloating than loss.

I used up 30 of my credits, and when I switched apps for a second to check a reference image, the UI failed to render. Upon switching to PC version of the site, since I'm on mobile, all of the progress got wiped. I believe I deserve to be reimbursed.
