Useless error messages, nothing works.

"Can’t access. Sorry, this feature isn't available."

Right after signing up with credit card. This is seriously the worst software experience I've ever had with paid software.

Yes, for legal reasons, the service is not available in Illinois.

I eventually was able to use a VPN to get it working after I used ChatGPT to help me deduce why this useless error message might be happening... Turns out yes, in Illinois my IP must have been blocked. Then I tried a VPN with a Texas IP which didn't help - so I assumed the error message was not because of my IP address. Then after a few more hours of research I decided to try another country and it didn't work - but when I tried a Washington state IP - it started working! Why does Adobe have such intense IP blocks with useless error messages when the service behind the link is paid only (therefore no one is getting it for free)?

Can you show us the error message? [I merged your two posts together so I now see where you said what the error is.]

 

Translation is not available in all geographies. Where are you located? If you are in the USA, what state are you in?

I tried talking to the agents many times. Here was the conclusion of another conversation where the agent strongly implied that Firefly doesn't even do translations anymore:

When the agents can't help they just hang up on you after claiming it works for them and so it must be on your end. There isn't even a translation link or icon within my firefly.adobe.com account.

Same here maybe but your error messages are terrible so I cannot deduce this is the cause for sure.
