Veo 3.1 video generation failed twice consecutively with "Impossibile caricare" error, but generative credits were deducted without producing any output.

After I wrote to Adobe support—attaching a full screenshot that clearly showed the issue originated solely from Firefly, and also providing the prompt and reference image (neither of which contained any inappropriate content)—they restored the credits that had been deducted despite the error on Firefly’s end. As a result, I was able to finish my video today, complete with text and lip-sync. I can even show the full video.

A mensagem recebida è “Não foi possível carregar - Não é possível processar este prompt. Edite e tente novamente”. A imagem fui eu que gerei nesta plataforma. Tentei editar vários prompts mas, continua aparecendo a mesma mensagem. Antes do novo layout desta plataforma adobe Firefly isso não acontecia. Sempre funcionou perfeitamente as gerações de vídeos.Erro na geração de video no adobe firefly

I have noticed something similar ​@GilloSugar  when using 3rd party models like Veo 3.1. As a result, I have had to look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

>>Press generate: ONLY ONCE or Twice<<. If the generation is taking forever, not generating, or giving you the same results: just press generate once or twice. This will help you save credits. Finally, check your CC App for your images and videos.
 

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps

Já tentei reescrever vários prompts para a mesma imagem de referência, antes da atualização do adobe firefly eu conseguia gerar videos. Como posso resolver, por favor.

Based on the promt that is visible
 

you won’t be able to generate anything to do with Children 

• if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

• - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
  Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
• Nudity and adult content are strictly blocked.
• For video models, avoid dark or busy reference images. The AI needs to easily distinguish the main character from the background.
