Adobe Firefly Video when animating a photograph is now making my videos very dark and changing colors.

I also have this problem. It worked perfectly fine two days ago, it suddently switched and all results created with firefly video are unusable afterwards. I am frustrated by tips like “clear cache, change browser, try another prompt” - it is obviously not dependend on this...

Using Firefly Video. Other generators don’t do it. Just started doing this a couple days ago. Either goes very light or very dark when generating. @N8. I’ve tried to reply to your message, but it doesn’t look like it goes through.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Which model(s) are you using?
Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser.

Could you give us more information: what msg are you receiving? Are the images your own photos/ images? Were the images generated by another AI Source, if so which one(s)?

I tried to put more info in, but kept getting a message that said I was limited to 250 characters. Anyway, I am using Firefly Video to animate photos I have created in either ChatGPT or Midjourney. I have used it successfully many, many times, but this started a few days ago. I have cleared cache, cookies, tried multiple browsers, tried on the mobile app with the same result. Generated images that portray evening or night turn dark blue. Daytime images turn green or yellow. My workflow is very basic, my prompts minimal. Like I said, this has worked so many times for me and this just started a few days ago.

Same, I was wondering if it was doing this for everyone. The image-to-video results, after 1 frame, either make the video super dark or totally colourises it (blue in my case). Hope this gets fixed ASAP...
