video created without audio

I’ve created the video with an animated avatar and a script. I can see that the avatar is saying the script but there is no audio - I can’t hear the avatar speaking. I moved the video over to clipchamp but it doesn’t show that any audio came across with the video.

Can you share what AI model were you using?

Some models don't have sound, and some have!

You can check this out when selecting the model and configuring the quality, ratio, etc.

I’m using Firefly Generations and included the following prompt to create my avatar, I didn’t use a standard avatar model: Create a female animated avatar that is asian and indian descent with a European English accent. Business casual dress. Age is between late 30s and early 40s.

Once this image was created, I selected video then added to use a specific script. It created the video and her lips are enunciated so that it is very clear that she is using my script. I tried several devices and found an audio control, see below for screenshot. I haven’t purchased Firefly but see that it shows how many credits this video will use. Wondering if I need to purchase it before I can hear the video????
