video creation got stuck and lots of credits are lost....

I'm reaching out regarding a recurring issue I've been experiencing with video generation using the Kling engine on Firefly.

In the past hour, two separate video generations got stuck during processing — one for over 30 minutes — and never completed. The videos do not appear in my history, yet the credits were deducted from my account in both cases.

This has happened to me multiple times before, and it's becoming a serious problem that's affecting my workflow and wasting my credits.

I would appreciate it if you could:
1. Refund the credits lost for both failed generations
2. Look into this bug so it doesn't keep happening

      It’s not just Kling 3.0 Omni but also Veo 3.0/fast and firefly video as well. I lost hundreds of credits.

      I have noticed something similar. As a result, I look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

      Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

      >>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.

      When the generation is hit, we loss those credits. As a result, before I hit generate again, I look in my CCApp to make sure the generation is not there. Often the video or image is hiding in my CC app. 
       

      How to reliably download your files
      In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps

      Kling video generations failed and credits were not restored

      Several Kling video generations in Adobe Firefly failed with “Something went wrong”. The failed videos did not produce a usable result, but the credits were deducted from my account.

      I understand that credits should normally be restored after a failed generation, even if the restoration is not immediate. However, my credits have not been restored and my balance is now only 100/4000.

      Please review my recent failed Kling generations and restore the credits deducted for those failed jobs.

      Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?
