i create 15 second video but video creation is very very slow my video pending 15 min

Same issue here. Accessing from South Korea. Reference image upload fails silently, then Seedance generation returns 400: { "error_code": "bad_request", "sub_error_code": "media_classification_client_error", "message": "Gemini classification API returned HTTP 400: Cannot fetch content from the provided URL. Status: URL_REJECTED-REJECTED_FC_TIMEOUT, INVALID_ARGUMENT" } Storage lookup also returns 404: URL: platform-cs-edge-jpn3.adobe.io/composite/block/download/... (APAC storage node) The Gemini classification service cannot access the uploaded reference images because they were never persisted to storage in the first place. Text-only prompts work fine. Only reference-image generation is broken.

Steps to take
This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser.

Could you give us more information: what msg are you receiving? Are the images your own photos/ images? Were the images generated by another AI Source, if so which one(s)?

System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
Workflow Context:
- Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
- Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
- The full prompt you were using.
- Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Other suggestions

Try a different web browser (or an Incognito/Private window) to rule out browser extensions or cache issues.
Disable any active VPN, ad-blockers, or strict firewall settings temporarily.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies (see image below):

There are certain times of the day that are busier than others. Each model is also different.
Firefly models tend to be quicker: The boxes in Red
3rd Party models: the boxes in white tend to require more time.
