Hey @satisfied_interest99ba
Help us. Help you.
Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Hi satisfied_interest99ba,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing so much trouble with Firefly today. I know it's can be frustrating when run into errors.

To help us figure out what's going wrong with the video generation and upscaling, could you provide a few more details?

What specific error messages or codes are you seeing?
Which browser and operating system are you currently using?
If you have any screenshots of the errors, that would be hugely helpful.

Looking forward to your reply!

Thanks

Matt

Hi satisfied_interest99ba,

Regarding your refund request only you can cancel. We can’t do that here on this public forum. See here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You also need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

Thanks
