Video generating within Firefly failed but credits consumed

I had given Firefly's Text to avatar a try to create a hosted narration of a script that read 83 seconds. All sounded and looked well after adjusting the settings and generating a preview so I decided to go ahead and generate the video. I was informed that it would require 917 credits, all good, and had proceeded.

At that point, within 2 seconds, an error message appeared briefly that the request can not be processed. The video was not generated/encoded and the history of files generated does not show it ever being processed or qued.

At the same time, I was charged the 917 credits but have no file to show for. How can I get my credits reimbursed so that I can try again? Trying again without reimbursement is not something I'm interested in.
